A detailed evaluation spanning some time and many countries, combining a range of data collection techniques, this review looked at the ‘delegates programme’ of the Netherlands Red Cross: an earmarked funding stream from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In addition to field visits and meetings with key partners and stakeholders, the process included several detailed online surveys and other qualitative data collection
I formally presented the interim findings and the final report to the donor, in a process that received very positive feedback from the clients.
