Evaluation of UN supported GoI community-based DRM programme

I was a team member for the field visit to Maharashtra, wrote large parts of the State report and provided inputs to National report.  I was subcontracted by a regional body who were under contract to UNDP.
This was a fascinating mission, partly for the field work, but largely because it was a real eye-opener into the way some institutions manage consulting contracts. Lessons were learned.
