The DMWG is a global working group of the RC/RC Movement, comprising around 35 international disaster managers from a range of Movement components, which acts as a forum for analysis and a launch pad for new initiatives.
I was again asked to facilitate the meeting, and to focus on taking the (almost final) recommendations from a strategic global review process and ensure that they became actionable. The meeting – in the pretty Swiss city of Thun – was a success.
