The DMWG is a working group of the RC/RC Movement, comprising around 35 international disaster managers from a range of Movement components, which acts as a forum for analysis and a launch pad for new initiatives.
I was asked to facilitate the meeting (which was previously self-managed) in order to bring an informed participatory approach to the meeting, and to strengthen the focus on concrete accountable outputs.
And I’ve been asked back to facilitate the next one.
